Treatment Coordinator - Walden Dental Wellness
About us:
Walden Dental Wellness is a part of the Dental Wellness Group in Calgary, AB. We provide full-service dental care through general, cosmetic and orthodontic treatments. Our office is up to date with advanced dental technologies to ensure we provide the highest quality dental care to our patients.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday from 8:00am - 3:00pm; Friday from 8:00am - 2:00pm; 1 Saturday per month from 8:00am - 3:00pm

Responsibilities:
• Encourage patient acceptance of the dental treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions and creating value for the proposed treatment
• Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance
• Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty
About You:
• Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patients
• Strong customer service experience
• Detail oriented
